Neuberger Berman Senior RFP Writer (Fixed Income) in London, United Kingdom
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and completing fixed income RFPs, due diligence, ESG questionnaires and requests from EMEA and other international based client coverage channels
Work closely with colleagues within the Global RFP team to ensure deadlines are met while following the team’s multi-step RFP process
Collaborate with senior client coverage, investment team, client portfolio managers and SMEs throughout the firm to craft RFP responses
Organize and improve the database of EMEA answers at the sub-asset class level
Coordinate and collaborate on strategic RFP projects to improve our messaging and support the growth of the firm in the region
Key Requirements / Qualifications
University graduate (IMC or CFA qualification is preferable)
5 years’ experience in a dedicated RFP role, fixed income experience required
Broad market knowledge and interest across asset classes including fixed income markets
Experience writing/ rewriting compelling, client centric RFP responses required
Experience with RFP database and organisation of large sets of standard language required
Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, effective stakeholder management with senior investment professionals
Excellent team player, ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment as part of a team and independently
