Neuberger Berman Client Associate in New York, New York

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior relationship managers to actively co-manage existing NB relationships providing world class service to all

  • Effectively profile clients, developing a deep understanding of client-specific investment goals and objectives, understanding investment processes, etc.

  • Provide insightful commentary regarding market movements, economic and industry trends, and position NB solutions for cross – sell opportunities appropriately

  • Provide clients with accurate performance attribution, portfolio strategy, and market performance; summarize and explain complex financial and economic concepts to educate clients

  • Overseeing relationship management at NB home office, being the go-to resource for any problem resolution or ad-hoc inquiries, facilitating onsite client meetings with NB investment professionals and senior management, leveraging all internal resources to help enrich client experience and forging long lasting relationships between the client and NB.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years industry experience

  • Bachelors degree

  • Excellent investment and capital markets acumen

  • Familiarity with Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and other sophisticated asset classes

  • Ability to effectively communicate and position complex financial instruments and investment processes

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow up

  • Capacity to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities in a fast pace environment

  • Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65) & 31 required
