Neuberger Berman Financial System Business Analyst / Project Manager in New York, New York
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced business analyst with in-depth knowledge of complex AP, T&E and AR processes who can coordinate multiple technology projects and engage with stakeholders across various departments to ensure the successful implementation of several competing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
The business analyst will facilitate meetings with the business community and collect requirements. They will be expected to demonstrate insight to ask the leading questions to elicit information. The team member will be responsible for documenting requirements and participating in the design of the end state solution.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, deepen client relationships, and improve business and operational efficiency via technology solutions
Actively manage users’ communications and expectations
Ensure appropriate close out and BAU transition of all projects
Manage external vendors for all activities including projects, support and upgrades while coordinating with internal partners
Qualifications:
7+ years of business analysis experience
Ability to document quality BRDs, Functional Specifications and Test Plans
Manage time independently, work independently and manage multiple open work streams concurrently
Ability to analyze data, perform data analysis and write SQL
Understanding of API’s and ETL products
Provide status and management reporting across all levels of the organization
Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
SAP FI exposure a plus
Concur (T&E and Invoicing) exposure a plus
IntegriDATA EAS exposure a plus
VAT/GST exposure a plus
MultiCurrency exposure a plus
Agile experience a plus
