Neuberger Berman Intermediary Client Service Analyst in New York, New York

Summary:

The Intermediary Client Service Team supports our firms Separately Managed Account (SMA) business. Intermediary Client Service Associates on the team are the main administrative contacts between our firm and key financial intermediary partners. The team supports various internal separate account distribution channels across sub-advisory, dual contract, and direct client engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial intermediary relationship management and operational support including:

  • Sponsor relationship onboarding; from contracting to implementation

  • New client account opening across all contract types

  • Client account maintenance including cash flow management and administrative changes

  • Facilitate the delivery of client requests including all reporting obligations

  • Billing oversight

  • Partner with various internal operational teams to assist our clients with any account reconciliation issues or trade breaks

  • Frequent interaction with key account sales coverage in support of the overall relationship

  • Provide internal trading and implementation teams with cash flow instructions and other account details

  • Define and establish departmental procedures

  • Database administration and data integrity oversight

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience preferably in a client service role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of equity and fixed income products offered in Separately Managed Accounts (SMA)

  • Ability to interact directly with key financial partners in a professional manner

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • SIE, Series 7 and 66 registrations required or ability to obtain within 6 months

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$95,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
