Neuberger Berman Intermediary Client Service Senior Analyst in New York, New York
The Intermediary Client Service Team supports our firms Separately Managed Account (SMA) business. Intermediary Client Service Associates on the team are the main administrative contacts between our firm and key financial intermediary partners. The team supports various internal separate account distribution channels across sub-advisory, dual contract, and direct client engagements.
Financial intermediary relationship management and operational support including:
Sponsor relationship onboarding; from contracting to implementation
New client account opening across all contract types
Client account maintenance including cash flow management and administrative changes
Facilitate the delivery of client requests including all reporting obligations
Partner with various internal operational teams to assist our clients with any account reconciliation issues or trade breaks
Frequent interaction with key account sales coverage in support of the overall relationship
Provide internal trading and implementation teams with cash flow instructions and other account details
Define and establish departmental procedures
Database administration and data integrity oversight
Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience preferably in a client service role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of equity and fixed income products offered in Separately Managed Accounts (SMA)
Ability to interact directly with key financial partners in a professional manner
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Series 7 and 66 registrations preferred
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
