Summary:
The Marketing Analyst operates within the Private Wealth Management (“PWM”) Channel Marketing team, which provides strategic and tactical marketing solutions to the Private Wealth Management business at Neuberger Berman. This individual will be involved in a variety of marketing initiatives and will gain meaningful exposure to projects across investments, wealth strategy and planning capabilities at the firm. The Marketing Analyst will work directly digital marketing, design and marketing operations to project manage and produce collateral for the Private Wealth channel. The ideal candidate is a professional, articulate, highly organized and detail oriented individual, who enjoys and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with PWM Channel Marketing team to develop, manage, and implement marketing programs aligned with channel goals
Project manage the production of channel specific collateral and content in partnership with various marketing and legal teams
Collaborate effectively across the organization and drive consensus to ensure priorities are being elevated and executed on
Concept and execute on client engagement events in line with channel event strategy and support priorities
Creates project summary/overview materials for partners and senior leadership around updates concerning campaign, project completion and metrics
Analyze, interpret, and disseminate post-campaign and events metrics/reporting to gain insight into client behavior
Identify industry trends and client interests to create channel specific initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or investment management industry
Bachelor’s degree in related field ie: marketing, finance, economics preferred
Understanding of financial services and investment management industry, experience in private wealth management a plus
Knowledge of basic marketing concepts including direct and digital marketing practices
Team oriented, collaborative approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and follow-through skills
Analytical and comfortable working with, and interpreting data
Professional, articulate, and creative with a positive attitude
