TITLE: Marketing Platform & Performance Marketing Lead, VP

LOCATION: New York, New York

DUTIES: Partner with colleagues across the organization to build a data-driven Marketing analytics practice. Partner closely with channel marketing managers to provide actionable insights from multi-platform digital content campaigns, user engagement and behavior, and both CRM and internal data sources. Drive the expansion of lead generation, website and email content personalization, customer journey definition and marketing automation, as well as campaign measurement and reporting for the firm. Have oversight over email and content management platforms. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure marketing platforms are aligned to marketing strategy. Supervise 4 employees: 1 Marketing Platform Associate, 2 Digital Campaign Associates, 1 Performance Marketing Associate.

REQTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, or as a Vice President, Performance Marketing Lead; Director, Digital & Marketing Technology; Assistant VP, Digital Analytics; Manager, Marketing Measurement & Strategy; Business Intelligence Analyst or a related position. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the highly regulated B2B or similar industries. Must have five (5) years of experience with all of the following: Developing quantitative models in marketing (T-test, ANOVA), online as targeting multi-touch attribution, and marketing mix models, A/B and Multi-variate testing; Utilizing business intelligence tools, including Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, Power BI or Cognos; Building and maintaining transactional datasets and/or using various database tools to process and visualize structured and unstructured data for multiple inputs, including SQL, R, Python, Alteryx, Tableau or comparable tools such as Cognos or SAS; Performing data analysis, marketing analytics, data mining, machine learning and dynamic optimization; Utilizing CRM, web content management system and social medial analytics data sets such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, and Sitecore or Adobe; Creating and maintaining databases and reports that enable self-service of marketing and client coverage professionals to act on insights using SQL, Alteryx, Tableau or Cognos; Developing and delivering ad hoc and periodic metrics reports in Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, Power BI or Cognos. Must also have two (2) years of experience: Managing marketing technology platforms and/or marketing product owners including the following tools: Eloqua, Seismic, Adobe, or Salesforce. Employer will accept a Master's degree in the stated field of study in meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement. Employer will accept pre- or post-master’s degree experience.

TRAVEL REQS: Occasional travel required to various and undisclosed company and client sites as well as conferences nationally (4-5 days annually).

HOURS: Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)
