Neuberger Berman Performance Marketing Associate in New York, New York

Summary :

The Sales & Marketing Enablement team provides processes, platforms, capabilities, content, and insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of NB sales and marketing teams, globally.

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Associate to support our global marketing analytics function, with a proven track record of providing marketing insights in the form of efficient, accurate, actionable reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities :

  • This role reports to the Vice President, Marketing Platform & Performance Marketing Lead. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Track & Measure Performance Metrics: Collaborate with marketing partners and Performance Marketing lead to determine KPIs, design methods for measurement and track them across all relevant platforms and systems. Partner with wider sales enablement and analytics teams to leverage data captured by sales, and firm financials, to measure impact of marketing efforts. Provide support for the development and enhancement of lead scoring models

  • Collect, Organize & Integrate Data: Partner with marketing technology to define scalable processes for data collection, data prep and data organization to enable efficient and accurate reporting

  • Design & Produce Intuitive Dashboards: Develop intuitive, easy, and self-service dashboards that provide both tactical and actionable insights to channel marketing teams. Plan, design and develop campaign dashboards to deliver insights on agreed upon performance metrics

  • Data accuracy and database performance: Build data monitoring reports to QC and reconcile data across multiple systems and platforms to ensure data accuracy and risk mitigation. Identify data gaps or data performance issues and work with marketing technology partners to resolve them

  • Subject matter expertise: Develop a deep understanding of client data, business channels, and become a subject matter expert on marketing content and engagement data

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of marketing analytics experience required with 2+ years of hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI or SQL. Proficient with MS Excel

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing or Advertising

  • Dashboarding and visualization experience required, including building self-service reports for marketing partners and campaign KPI dashboards

  • Ability to field multiple ad-hoc requests, set expectations and deliver reports in a timely manner

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Adobe analytics or Google analytics a plus

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into insights

  • Strong understanding of database concepts, ability to identify data gaps and recommend solutions

  • Fundamental understanding of Omni-Channel campaign concept i.e., email, social, website, in person and virtual events, and CRM

  • High client-focus and reputational awareness in a highly regulated, complex business environment
