The Senior Recruiter is an individual contributor role which will be responsible for, in partnership with assigned business areas, sourcing and hiring all levels of talent for an assigned client group. This individual will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process including partnering with managers to define job requirements, establishing the recruiting strategy, defining the road map, driving the sourcing and selection processes, developing the branding approach, measuring results and ensuring a high quality candidate and internal constituent experience. This role will also be accountable for diversity recruitment and will very closely partner with our Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (EID) team.


  • Lead searches for assigned group across levels and locations

  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top candidates and create future pipelines

  • Develop sourcing strategies to increase passive, qualified and diverse candidates

  • Promote equity, diversity and inclusion (EID) in all aspects of recruitment and drive programs which ensure hiring practices attract diverse candidates

  • Build credibility and strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders through understanding business platforms and hiring plans; provide market insights and competitive intelligence for the most informative hiring approach

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in recruiting through technology, tools, policies and practices.


  • Expertise in recruiting of “front-office” professionals

  • Corporate recruiting and agency experience preferred

  • Skilled in influencing and in being a consultative recruitment partner

  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills

  • A problem solver who can adapt to various situations and working styles

  • Financial services recruiting experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with recruiting technologies (Workday, LinkedIn, etc.)
