Summary:

プライベート・エクイティ戦略のファンド募集及び顧客サービスに関するプロダクト・スペシャリスト業務

Responsibilities:

• 海外投資チームとの連携および情報収集

• 新規顧客向けプレゼンテーション及びRFPの回答等の作成、既存顧客向け運用報告向け資料作成等

• 投資一任契約および投資顧問契約の投資対象となるファンドのデューデリジェンスおよびこれに関する社内調整、投資判断、その他運用にかかわる業務管理

• 主に機関投資家およびリテール向けプライベート・エクイティ戦略商品のプロダクトマネージャー業務

Qualifications :

• 金融業界にてプライベート・エクイティ運用関連業務経験者

• 現地チームとスムーズにやり取りできる英語能力

• 顧客からの細かい質問対応が出来るファイナンス知識

• 顧客からの質問への適切な回答の入手やファイナンスとのやり取り等に対応できる能力

• 四半期報告資料等の作成能力

• 育成期間を想定したポテンシャル採用は厳しい。

• PE/インフラ/不動産ファンド等のファンド募集、顧客サービスの経験者優遇

• 投資銀行業務（コーポレート・ファイナンス、M&A等）経験者も優遇

• 外資、日系問わず。ただし、英語でのコミュニケーションスキルは必須。

• 資料の作りこみやプレゼンテーション作成が得意な方

• チームプレイヤーで、コミュニケーションスキルが高い方

• 柔軟性とスピード感をもち、主体的に仕事を進めることができる方

• チーム構成上、30代前半くらいまでが理想的（応相談）
