Neuberger Berman Administrative Coordinator in Toronto, Canada
Summary:
An Administrative Coordinator will provide general administrative support for the Sales organization, working in partnership with Sales Management, and proactively carrying out the team’s business goals.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as: calendar management, printing of meeting materials, ordering office supplies, etc.
Coordinate the support required for client meetings: Schedule/maintain meeting planners in MS Outlook, reserve conference rooms & audio-visual support, order catering, register and greet visitors
Coordinate travel arrangements including flight, hotel and ground transportation
Process travel & expense reports and reimbursements; coordinate expense pre-approvals when necessary
Perform ad hoc projects as needed

Strong team orientated attitude: execute responsibilities as a partner to managers and peers, act as a contributing member of the partnership pod, help to deepen relationships (external and internal) and improve team processes
Qualifications:
College degree preferred
3-5+ years of administrative assistant experience in the financial services industry preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills; must be detail oriented
Exhibit strong time management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Positive, high energy, enthusiastic and professional attitude
Strong sense of teamwork and client service
Must be proactive, resourceful, and work independently with minimal guidance
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce and Concur
